Refund Policy

We want billing to be clear before you upgrade. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available and when purchases are final.
Because our service uses usage-based AI and detection providers, refunds depend on timing, usage, and the nature of the issue.
Refund window
You may request a refund within 3 days of the initial purchase if you have used only a small portion of the plan and the request is connected to a technical issue, accidental duplicate purchase, or clear mismatch between checkout information and delivered access.
Non-refundable situations
- Requests made after the 3-day window.
- Plans that have been substantially used, exhausted, transferred, or abused.
- Dissatisfaction caused only by third-party detector disagreement or a result not being accepted by an external school, platform, client, or employer.
- Renewals that were not cancelled before the next billing date, except where required by law.
Subscriptions and cancellation
You can cancel a subscription to stop future renewals. Cancellation does not automatically refund the current billing period. Access may continue until the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated.
How to request a refund
Email support@gptundetect.com with the account email, payment receipt, purchase date, and a short explanation. We may ask for additional details to verify the purchase and diagnose the issue.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. Bank, card network, and payment-provider processing times may vary.
